For assistance outside these hours, email us at info@bgwdoors.com and we’ll respond first thing Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our warehouse on Monday morning.

In-Stock Orders: Typically ship within 48 business hours.

Custom Orders: Lead times vary based on the scope of customization. Please contact your sales associate for an estimated completion timeline.
Order Adjustment Policy

Stock Orders: Can be modified before shipment. Any changes after shipment may incur restocking fees and return shipping fees.

Custom Orders: Once placed, all custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Return Policy

General Returns:
Doors that have not been installed and remain in original packaging may be returned within 48 Hours of receipt.-
A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.

Sale Item Returns:
Items purchased with a discount of 5% or more, or through local Blowout Sales, are not eligible for return. -
Restocking Fees:

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the item arrives damaged.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you need to request any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that modification fees may apply.

All doors ship fully insured. To qualify for warranty protection, all shipping damage must be reported promptly.
At Delivery

If there is visible damage at the time of delivery, report it immediately by calling (909) 789-1818.

Delivery may be refused due to visible damage.
After Delivery

Product must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.

All damage must be reported prior to installation.

Submit a service request with photos to info@bgwdoors.com.

Damage reported after installation may not be covered.
