By placing an order, you agree to BGW Doors' company policies and terms. Please review the polices below before purchasing.

Covers: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that significantly affects door performance.

Does NOT Cover:

Failure to follow installation or protection requirements may void the warranty.

Proper installation is the customers responsibility
Minimum overhang length must be at least 50% of the distance from the bottom of the door to the underside of the overhang.
Exterior doors must be protected from direct rain, snow and excessive sunlight.
Failure to fallow these requirements may result in damage not covered under warranty.
BGW Doors is not responsible for damage caused during unpacking, handling, moving, storage, or installation by the customer, installer, contractor, or any third party.

No overhang = no warranty coverage for weather damage.

Doors damaged after delivery due to unpacking, handling, storage, or installation are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.
Important: BGW Doors is not responsible for damage caused during unpacking, lifting, moving, storage, or installation after the product has been delivered. Customers are responsible for hiring qualified installers and should inspect the door before installation begins. Do not install a damaged door—contact BGW Doors immediately if damage is discovered before installation.
