1. Warranty
Covers: Manufacturing defects only
Does NOT Cover:
- Weather damage (sun, rain, moisture)
- Improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty is void if installation or protection requirements are not followed.
2. Installation & Weather Protection
- Proper installation is the customers responsibility
- An overhang is required for warranty protection.
- Minimum overhang: 50% of door height
- Exterior doors must be protected from weather exposure
- Failure to fallow these requirements may result in damage not covered under warranty.
No overhang = no warranty coverage for weather damage.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Ships from Ontario, CA
- 2–3 business days processing (in-stock items)
- Inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery
- Damage must be reported within this timeframe
4. Returns & Refunds
- Uninstalled items only
- 48-hour return window
- 25% restocking fee may apply
- No return on custom orders

- Customer data is not sold
- Information is used only for order processing and support
6. Agreement
