Refund Timing
- Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours after return is received and inspected
Damage Reporting (CRITICAL)
- All damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Damage must be reported before installation
- Installed or modified products are not eligible for return or claim
Damage reported after installation may not be covered under warranty or return policy.
Eligible Returns
- Must be unused and never installed
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Non-Eligible Returns
- Installed or used doors
- Custom or special-order items
- Damaged due to improper handling or installation
Fees
- 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
