Returns are accepted only under the conditions below. Please review carefully before purchasing.


Damage Reporting (CRITICAL)

  • All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage must be reported before installation
  • Installed, modified, or used products are not eligible for return or claim

Damage reported after installation may not be covered under warranty or return policy.


Eligible Returns

  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition
  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be returned in the original packaging and crate
  • Must remain secured to the original pallet
  • All original parts, frame components, glass, and packaging materials must be included

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Installed, used, modified, painted, stained, or altered products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products with missing packaging, pallets, or crates
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
  • Products not in original condition

Fees

  • 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return Process

  • Email your return request to info@bgwdoors.com
  • Include your order number and clear pictures of the crated door and pallet
  • The product must remain in original condition and must not be installed, modified, or damaged
  • The crate must remain secured to the original pallet for freight pickup
  • The pickup location must be accessible by a freight truck and pallet jack
  • Customer is responsible for properly securing the crate and pallet for return shipment
  • An adult must be present at the time of pickup to provide paperwork to the freight driver
  • All returns must be approved by BGW Doors before pickup is scheduled

Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours after the returned product is received and inspected

Important Notes

  • All returns require approval before being sent back
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet all return conditions
  • Refunds may be reduced if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or not returned in its original condition
