Warranty Coverage by Product
- 1 Year – Wood Doors
- 5 Years – Fiberglass Doors
- 10 Years – Iron Doors
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues that significantly affect door performance
Glass coverage includes insulated glass replacement only. Labor or installation costs are not included.
Warranty Requirements
- Installation must be performed by a qualified professional
- Minimum overhang length must be at least 50% of the distance from the bottom of the door to the underside of the overhang.
- Doors must be protected from direct rain, snow, and excessive sunlight
- Doors must be stored correctly prior to installation
- Exterior doors require routine maintenance
Failure to meet these requirements may void the warranty.

What is NOT Covered
- Improper installation, finishing, storage or handling.
- Weather, water, moisture, excessive sunlight, or climate-related expansion and contraction
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural wood movement or variations
- Cracks less than 1/16 wide and less than 2" long
- Rust or hardware discoloration
Claim Requirements
- Report delivery issues within 48 hours
- Submit claims with photos and proof of purchase
- Include product details and description of issue
