Warranty Coverage by Product
- 1 Year – Wood Doors
- 5 Years – Fiberglass Doors
- 10 Years – Iron Doors
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues that significantly affect door performance
Glass coverage includes insulated glass replacement only. Labor or installation costs are not included.
Warranty Requirements (CRITICAL)
- Installation must be performed by a qualified professional
- Proper overhang protection is required
- Wood Doors: Minimum 7 ft. overhang for 80" doors and 9 ft. overhang for 96" doors

Fiberglass & Iron Doors: Overhang depth must be at least 50% of the distance from the bottom of the door to the underside of the overhang.
- Doors must not be exposed to direct rain, snow, or excessive sunlight
- Doors must be stored correctly prior to installation
- Exterior doors require routine maintenance
Failure to meet ANY of these requirements will void the warranty.

What is NOT Covered
- Improper installation or finishing
- Weather exposure (sun, rain, moisture, snow)
- Lack of overhang protection
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural wood variations or minor movement
- Cracks under 1/16" wide or 2" long
- Improper storage or handling
- Rust or hardware discoloration
- Water exposure or climate-related expansion
Claim Requirements
- Report delivery issues within 48 hours
- Submit claims with photos and proof of purchase
- Include product details and description of issue
