All orders ship from Ontario, California. We use flat-rate or free shipping on select products. Delivery times may vary depending on inventory and customization.
1. Shipping Overview
- Ships from Ontario, California warehouse
- Processing time: 2–3 business days (in-stock items)
- Flat-rate shipping available across the continental U.S.
- Delivery times vary based on location and carrier
2. Delivery & Inspection (VERY IMPORTANT)
- All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours
- Damage must be reported BEFORE installation
- Installed or modified products are NOT eligible for damage claims
👉 Damage claims must be submitted before installation begins.
3. Returns Eligibility
- Returns accepted only for unused, uninstalled items
- Must be in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Authorization is required before sending items back

4. Fees & Deductions
- 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
- Return shipping is paid by customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Free shipping orders will have outbound shipping deducted from refund
5. Custom Orders
- Custom doors are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELABLE
- All custom sales are final once production begins
- Changes or cancellations may result in full charges
6. Refunds
- Refunds processed 3–5 business days after inspection
- Bank processing may take up to 2–4 weeks
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
