At BGW Doors (formerly Door Destination), we are committed to delivering high-quality doors with care and precision. Our shipping and return policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and peace of mind.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ontario, California. Due to our high volume and factory-direct model, we are able to offer flat-rate shipping across the continental United States.

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.

Damage Reporting: All damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery and prior to installation.

Damage reported after installation may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

If your order includes "Free" or "Flat Rate" shipping, that applies to delivery only. Return shipping fees still apply if the order is canceled or returned.
Returns
We guarantee our products will arrive in excellent condition. However, returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery for non-custom items, with the following conditions:

Return Authorization Required: Contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization before sending any item back.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all parts and packaging.

25% restocking fee applies to all door/slab orders.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

If your order had “Free” or “Flat Rate” shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Any item that has been installed, stained, modified, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
Shipment refusals will be treated as standard returns and subject to all return fees.
Custom Orders
Custom orders (including stock items with modifications) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made. These items are made to order and built to your specifications.

All sales on custom doors are final.

Cancellations after production begins will result in full order charges.
Cancellations

Non-custom orders can be canceled before the shipping prep stage.

A minimum 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders, regardless of reason.

Additional fees may be charged based on work completed or materials sourced at time of cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. However, please allow up to 4 weeks to account for return shipping, inspection, and bank processing times.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, unless in-store credit is requested.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and refunded.
